Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how your personal data is processed when you use radarlyai.com and the Report Radar app (the "Service").

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: your email address.
• Service data: profile type and interests, the description and goals you write, the topics, countries, keywords and stocks you follow, publications you save, like or mark as not interesting, and, for company profiles, company name, sector, markets and exposure factors.
• Content you upload: documents in your library, links you add, and the text and summaries extracted from them.
• Security: a one-way hash of your password, session data, IP address, request logs and AI usage logs.
• Marketing: only if you opt in, your campaign email preference and consent records.

3. Purposes

• creating and managing your account,
• providing publications, news, summaries and impact notes tailored to you,
• comparing your library documents with new publications,
• keeping the Service secure and preventing abuse,
• meeting legal obligations,
• sending campaigns and newsletters if you opt in.

4. Legal bases

KVKK Article 5/2: (c) performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (f) our legitimate interests. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your consent under Law No. 6563; you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Transfers

• Hosting: Render Services, Inc. (servers in the USA).
• AI: Anthropic PBC and/or Google LLC (USA). They receive publication content and a short summary of your profile (interests, what you follow), not your email address. If you ask for a library analysis, the document text is sent.
• Email delivery: [EMAIL PROVIDER].
• Payments (when paid plans open): [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we never receive your card details.
• Competent public authorities when legally required.

Transfers abroad follow KVKK Article 9. [Legal review: standard contracts / notification duties.]

6. Retention

Data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded files are deleted; records with a legal retention duty (e.g. invoices) are kept for the required period. Security logs are kept for at most [PERIOD].

7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You can learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation.
